Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive support to join our team. The ideal candidate will support time management and document handling, schedules, and coordinate appointments. They will also be responsible for sending appointment reminders, responding to patient inquiries, generating and sending invoices, and maintaining electronic records.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage schedules and coordinate appointments
Send appointment reminders
Respond to patient inquiries
Generate and send invoices
Maintain electronic records
Answer calls and assist patients virtually
Prepare documents and manage email correspondence
Perform data entry and generate basic reports
Contact patients for feedback
Maintain a waitlist for appointments
Transcribe patient interactions
Assist with filing and equipment maintenance
Assist with marketing campaigns
Manage social media profiles
Monitor online reviews and comments
Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness
Organize events and workshops
Maintain clinic website information
Manage online marketing and ads
Respond to clients on social media
Create content with our photos
Value kindness and honesty
Use Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok
Use the Mangomint system
Start an online store
Manage staff to manage inventory
Reach out with postcare and ask for reviews
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Proficient in using social media platforms and the Mangomint system
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work
Ability to work well in a team environment
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
