As we continue to expand, we are seeking a self motivated, hard working, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our remote team.

Job Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant at Greg Walter’s companies, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities. You’ll be working closely with our owner and team members to manage tasks that help us achieve our goals efficiently. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, organized, a superb communicator, and capable of handling changing priorities.

Responsibilities:
– Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings. Handle emails, inquiries, and communication on behalf of the team.
– Data Management: Organize and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other essential documents.
– Research: Conduct online research on various topics, gather information, and present findings in a coherent manner.
– Task Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects, delegating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
– Document Creation: Draft, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
– Communication: Act as a bridge between team members, clients, and partners, ensuring effective communication at all times.
– Organization: Help streamline processes and implement efficient systems to enhance team productivity.
– Marketing and Social Media Managing

Qualifications:
– English: Must be comfortable interacting quickly in English.
– Experience: Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
– Fast Learner: Able to learn quickly
– Fast: Able to complete tasks quickly.
– Tech-Savvy: Proficient with various digital tools, communication platforms, and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to draft professional emails, messages, and documents.
– Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
– Proactive: Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and take initiative.
– Adaptability: Capable of adapting to evolving situations and willing to learn new skills as required.
– Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.

– Good Technology set up: Dual screen set up, battery backup, and cellular data for internet back up.
