Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing top-notch support to our executives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a background in executive assistance and a keen understanding of the home renovation industry.

Key Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming phone calls from Canadian clients, providing professional and courteous assistance.
– Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring efficient time management for executives.
– Perform administrative tasks such as managing emails, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records and lists.
– Assist in coordinating and organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
– Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making processes.
– Liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth communication and project coordination.
– Monitor and manage executives’ calendars, ensuring all commitments are met.
– Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
– Perform other duties as required to support the executive team and overall company operations.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role.
– Familiarity with the home renovation industry is highly desirable.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficient in using office software (Google Workspace).
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– High level of discretion and confidentiality.
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
– Fluent in English, written and verbal
– Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
– Understanding of social media management and marketing principles.
– Outlook calendar scheduling
