JOB DESCRIPTION

CONDITIONS

Type: Independent Contractor – Full Time

Experience: 5+ Years (with Australian &/or Accounting/Bookkeeping Businesses preferable)

Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday (flexible schedule options available)

Location: Remote – work from home

Language: English

Start Date: As soon as possible

Reporting to: Division Leads / Co-Founders

PACKAGE

Base Fee: Between AUD $360 – $460 / week (based on qualifications/experience)

Bonuses: Various reward & recognition incentives (based on performance/development)

Paid Time Off: Up to 160 hours per calendar year (calculated pro-rata on hours worked)

Equipment: Allowance paid weekly

Payment: Upon issue of weekly invoice – Paid in AUD via Wise

EXTRAS

Team Retreat: Annually (Currently scheduled for November 2023)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

May include by not limited to;

Business (General)

– Manage & Maintain;
~ Contacts Database
~ Document Management System
~ Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
~ Internal Learning Management System (LMS)
– Coordinating calendars, events & meetings
– Preparing Business Documentation

People

– Coordinate employee onboarding and exit procedures
– Schedule and manage team performance meetings/reviews
– Assist in recruitment activities, such as organising interviews and posting job ads

Growth

– Schedule prospects meetings and follow-ups
– Assist with proposal preparation and presentations
– Manage and organise marketing materials, including digital assets
– Compile and analyse data for internal reviews

Technology

– Coordinate IT Support Tickets & Liase with Software Providers
– Maintain Security Protocols
– Help troubleshooting minor tech issues to ensure smooth operational flow

Compliance

– Assist in managing workflows & maintaining templates
– Liase with Clients for Feedback, Reviews & Testimonials
– Liase with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on behalf of clients

TECHNICAL ABILITY/EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

This role requires a high level of tech-savviness and software proficiency as well as ;

– General Business Operations & Structure Knowledge
– Data Management Capability
– Documentation & Record Management

SOFTWARE SILLS/EXPERIENCE

– Microsoft Suite – specifically Teams & SharePoint
– AI – ChatGPT (or similar)
– Design & Branding – Canva (or similar)
– CRM & Workflow – Karbon (or similar)
– Video Recording – Loom/Stream (or similar)

OTHER HIGHLY DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

– Australian Accounting &/or Bookkeeping Firm
– WordPress/Website Maintenance
– Social Media &/or Email Marketing
– Operational Management
