Job Description

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
As the Lead of a small tech team, you will manage and implement technology and systems integrations, automation, and infrastructure, create solutions to systems and data problems, and create training materials to help the users navigate and use systems built.
You will be familiar with the following tech stack – Notion, Zapier, Pabbly, , Instantly, Slack, Calendly, Hubspot, Linked-In Sales Navigator, Zoom, Google Workspace, Alloware, UTM links, Hyros, Click-Funnels
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
? Setting up and fixing Zapier/Pabbly/HubSpot automation
? Setting up & adjusting Calendly events
? Adjusting HubSpot settings, properties & access when needed
? Managing access & accounts on Gmail workspace
? Managing access, recordings & settings on Zoom
? Understanding of UTM link creation & tracking
? Recording training videos on new software solutions for the team
? Setting up new software (sign, understand its functionalities, implement the overall plan as directed by the Chief Business Officer)
? Coming up with potential solutions to tech problems
? Managing the Tech VAs and measuring and reporting on tech support response times
? Responsible for the technical setup processes and onboarding of new staff and clients (Google, Notion, Hubspot, Calendly, call booking automation, Alloware, etc.)
? Responsible for quick resolutions of all technical issues
? Responsible for technical and systems-based improvement initiatives
? Creating and editing pages in Notion
? Filling out weekly marketing scorecards based on metrics from platforms like Hyros, HubSpot, Calendly, and Google Sheets – integrating data collection and reporting
? Creating custom dashboards for data tracking
MEASURES OF SUCCESS (KPIs/Deliverables):
? Ticket solved time – completing tasks quickly and on time
? Effective technical problem identification and technical problem-solving
? Effective ongoing communication and feedback on resolution of technical issues
? % of tech setup elements completed with no issues
