Nick is looking to hire another virtual assistant whose duties will include: answering emails, transcribing messages, performing data research, updating spreadsheets, scheduling tasks, making regular WordPress updates, graphic design for social media, and more. You will be assigned new tasks and duties every single day. That can be one of the best parts that Nick’s other VAs seem to love: no two days are the same!

SALARY AND BONUSES
– Salary range: $4-5 USD per hour, depending on experience
– 40k PHP WFH stipend awarded after 6 months employment for purchase of computer hardware
– Government dues are the responsibility of the applicant

HOURS AND AVAILABILITY
Approx 10:00 PM to 3:00 AM Manila time, 5 hours per day, or 8AM to 1PM USA Central Time. With flexibility to do over time, if needed.

REQUIREMENTS
– Fluent written and spoken English
– 50Mbps wired Internet connection
– Desktop or laptop required, plus headset and camera for daily audio & video calls
– Extreme attention to detail
– Quiet working area for attending meetings & video calls

SCOPE OF WORK
– Email inbox management, based on Nick’s preferences
– Daily review of Nick’s LinkedIn messages, including compiling summary digests
– Daily report of Amazon sales and ads
– Typing correspondence based on audio or video messages from the CEO
– WordPress updating of articles, and publishing new blog posts
– Graphic design in Canva for images used in blogs and on social media
– Updating records in Airtable and Google Sheets
– Calendar and meeting management
– Travel support: booking flights, hotels, restaurant reservations
– Purchasing supplies on Amazon, ordering equipment
