JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
•Read and manage emails and prepare outgoing mail or correspondence
•Attend meetings in place of the CEO, when requested, to identify action items, deliverables, and follow-ups
•Maintain the CEO’s calendar thoughtfully and purposefully, ensuring meetings contain the appropriate attendees and agenda items, and any changes are done with full consideration of a nationwide/worldwide team, spanning multiple time zones
•Understand the CEO’s goals and objectives to effectively anticipate deliverables and follow up when necessary
•Work closely with the CEO to understand digital marketing nuances, especially paid media, digital ads, and lead generation funnels, and how they influence sales, marketing, and client engagement strategies
•Partner closely with the Operations and Fulfillment Team to coordinate needs across the organization
•Collaborate on internal operations and HR projects as the company scales
•Database management – implement and keep track of documentation and filing processes, particularly as it pertains to division playbooks and SOPs
•Completing daily sales and marketing tracking -logging into advertising platforms, monitoring Slack channels, reviewing team •KPIs from their trackers, and inputting data daily from the previous day
•Provide daily support with financial tasks and sales/marketing reporting like Overseeing weekly and monthly payment projections
•Onboarding new employees
•Take ownership of additional duties and special projects, as needed
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
•2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for the C-Suite, preferably in a digital marketing, ad agency, coaching, consulting, or related field.
•2+ years of experience in marketing and an understanding of digital marketing, sales processes, high-ticket selling and project management.
•Proficiency in project management tools and/or aptitude to learn quickly (Asana is where you will be doing a lot of management and ensuring deadlines are met)
•Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
•Experience with remote team tools like Slack, Asana, Basecamp, Monday, Google Suite, LastPass, Zoom, Loom, Excel
•Aptitude to learn new platforms and tech if not experienced with them.. We also use Skool, Playbook Builder, DropBoxSign, GoHighLevel
•Previous experience with operations and managing team is a must
•Strong ability to replicate the communication style of the CEO
•Is a quick start who quickly turns tasks around and takes action; knows how to be persistent and resourceful to solve problems, remove roadblocks and get things done. (We follow 1-3-1 for problem-solving – 1: State the problem/challenge. 3: •Give 3 viable solutions. 1: Recommended solution of those 3.)
•Exhibits strong professionalism – demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with the CEO, other leaders, and members of the team
•Must be able to work independently and excel in a deadline-driven environment that involves multiple, simultaneous projects
•Strong skills in analyzing information, formulating logical and objective conclusions, and making effective recommendations.
•Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
•Has a genuine passion for supporting others.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 5:00 PST // Tuesday – Saturday 12:00AM -8:00AM PHT
Salary Range: P40,000-60,000 monthly, Depending on experience
