This role is integral to the smooth running of our business and offers a great opportunity to be involved in a variety of key functions within the company.

**Responsibilities:**
– **Email Management:** Efficiently manage the CEO’s email, ensuring timely responses and prioritization of critical communications.
– **Marketing Calendar Setup & Management:** Coordinate and maintain the marketing calendar, aligning marketing activities with business objectives. Also set up marketing related spreadsheets to filter products based on conditions.
– **Research:** Conduct thorough research on various topics to assist in decision-making and strategy development.
– **Report Preparation:** Generate comprehensive reports related to marketing effectiveness and staff performance.
– **Communication Coordination:** Act as a liaison between the CEO and staff, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
– **Task Prioritization:** Assist the CEO in prioritizing tasks, focusing on high-impact activities and strategic goals.
– **Follow-up Actions:** Ensure that action items from meetings or discussions are executed and completed efficiently.
– **KPI Tracking:** Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
– **Policy and Procedure Documentation:** Assist in documenting and updating company policies and procedures.
– **Professional Development Tracking:** Manage and track the professional development activities of our development team.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in Google Sheets and other office management tools.
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

**To Be Considered:**
