Seeking a highly organized, efficient, and dedicated Personal Assistant to manage both personal and business related tasks for CEO. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills, capable of managing a wide range of administrative tasks from scheduling and travel planning to handling emails and managing social media content. Confidentiality, reliability, and the ability to work independently are paramount.
Personal Tasks Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and Calendar Management: Keep track of personal appointments, family events, and important dates, ensuring an organized schedule.
* Travel Planning: Coordinate all aspects of personal travel, including flight and hotel bookings, and itinerary planning.
* Bill Payments and Financial Oversight: Manage household finances, including bill payments and basic bookkeeping tasks.
* Personal Shopping and Errands: Handle personal shopping needs and run errands as required.
* Household Management: Act as the point of contact for housekeeping, maintenance, and other service providers.
* Family Coordination: Assist in organizing family schedules and activities, and planning family gatherings.
* Health and Wellness Appointments: Schedule and remind of all medical, dental, and wellness appointments.
Business Tasks Responsibilities:
* Email Management: Efficiently manage email communications, including filtering, organizing, and responding as necessary.
* Document and Presentation Preparation: Prepare and draft documents, reports, presentations, and other business materials.
* Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
* Client Liaison: Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, managing relationships and coordinating meetings.
* Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, deadline tracking, and team coordination.
* Research: Conduct research related to business initiatives, competitor analysis, and market trends.
* Social Media and Website Management: Manage social media interactions and website content updates.
* Travel Arrangements for Business: Coordinate business related travel arrangements.
* Administrative Systems and Processes: Develop and maintain administrative processes for improved productivity.
General Responsibilities:
* Confidentiality Maintenance: Safeguard all personal and business information.
* Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve administrative issues.
* Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with all parties.
* Database Management: Keep databases and contact lists up to date.

Qualifications:
* Personal Assistant or similar administrative role (6mo or more)
* Slack, Google Chat or similar team communications
* Zoom & Calendly or similar apps
* Google Suite and MS Office Suite, and social media platforms
* CRM like Go High Level or similar
