The Big Possible is a creative social media marketing agency with a mission to empower entrepreneurs and leaders to reach their full potential. We’re looking for an energetic and hard-working virtual assistant to provide critical support to our CEO on a part-time or full-time contract basis. This position will be ideal for a person who has excellent communication skills, is super organized, and has experience with email management, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

What we need from you:
• A strong demonstration of understanding the ins and outs of executive support and administrative tasks
• Ability to communicate via telephone, chat and email.
• Strong proficiency with scheduling tools like Calendly and Google Calendar.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce ultra-polished, professional-level work.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Must be willing to research trends and stay on top of the latest concepts in executive support.

What you’ll do:
• Email management, scheduling, and appointment setting.
• Conduct research, gather data, and create reports as needed.
• Support CEO in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organization.
• Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO’s inbox, ensuring that messages are prioritized and responded to in a timely manner.
• Manage networking events and invitations.
