I am looking for a full-time Executive Assistant (EA) that can be my right-hand person as the CEO of a small startup and a very important person in my business. Your Job is To Learn, Get Better, Solve Problems, and Save Me Time. You are expected to learn about my business and me, make decisions, and overcome hurdles …without my specific input.

This is a long-term role where you will be respected, valued, and grow quickly. You must have very great attention to detail and make minimal mistakes. Most of all, I need you to be someone who can think for themselves. This is not a flex job – you will begin working 8 hours per day, 5 days per week Monday through Friday (40 hours per week). There may be times on nights and weekends where we need help with on-call hours. For those days/times there will be additional compensation as needed. Within 60 days if you do a great job, you will get a raise.


What You’ll Get
Starting at PHP 30,000/mo. Within 60 days if you do a great job, you will get a raise.
Paid bi-weekly via World Remit
13th month salary bonus after first year
Paid time off for all national holidays
Paid time off for sick and mental health days – 1 day every 2 months
2 weeks holiday paid time off at the end of the year
4 weeks paid vacation after one year of employment
We are a fully distributed team with team members across the globe. You can work from anywhere in the world for this role.


Some Of The Things You’ll Do
An initial preview of the responsibilities & tasks are as follows (there will be more, but this will give you a general sense of the roles & responsibilities):

Email / Calendar / Meetings:
You will check my emails, label & triage them, draft responses, and send emails on my behalf when necessary
You will send calendar meeting invites to people and schedule meetings
You will send follow-up summaries and action items to people after meetings
You will prepare notes, resources, and agendas before meetings

Operations
Create and document systems/processes to create “Playbooks” or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Collecting and driving a list of key decisions CEO needs to make each day

Marketing
Managing and publishing content across various social media channels
Writing SEO friendly blog posts
Handling interview schedule and research for potential podcast and/or newsletter

Sales
Prepare sales materials
Reach out to potential clients

Other
Market Research
Manage email lists
Manage investor lists
Recruiting & onboarding new employees.

Personal for CEO
Social Media: Managing and publishing content across various personal social media channels
Helping with product research, organization, and purchasing (e.g. on Amazon, groceries, etc.)
Assisting with booking and finding flights, accommodations, and coordinating logistics


About You
You have at least 1 year of experience as a virtual assistant, ideally as an executive assistant to a CEO in business and in life.
You are competitive and love being good at your job.
You’re someone who is a quick learner, a problem solver, is detail oriented, and fast.
You are someone who is coachable, has a growth mindset, and has strong decision-making intuition.
You love learning how to use technology to make yourself more efficient.
Software you should be great at using: Spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), Google Docs, Presentation software (Powerpoint or Keynote)
You’re comfortable communicating via Email, Whatsapp, Slack, Voice Messages or Video (Loom)
You have fast, reliable internet and a reliable computer that can handle multiple applications open at once (Slack, Notion, Calendly, Airtable, Google Chrome, Zoom, etc.)
You are dependable and expect your boss to be the same in return.
You speak & write fluent/near-fluent English. This is an absolute must as you’ll be speaking with clients or investors when needed.
You’re available to start immediately within 2 weeks of a job offer
