RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, including employees, partners, friends and family.
– Handle confidential information and communications with discretion and professionalism
– Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO
– Manage and prioritize incoming emails and phone calls for the CEO
– Assist with projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO
– Conduct research and gather information as needed to support the CEO’s decision-making process
– Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address them to ensure smooth and efficient operations
*Note: Please understand that this is a new role for Whale Brands and you may perform other duties then listed above
REQUIREMENTS
– 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, operations manager, chief of staff or very similar role
– Strong knowledge of E-commerce platforms, trends, and best practices.
– Experience with Shopify is preferred, but not mandatory.
– Familiarity with Amazon FBA is a plus, but not mandatory.
– Experience with Facebook Ads is a plus, but not mandatory.
– Experience with Influencers is preferred but not required..
– You know you are Tech Savvy
