Job Description:
Position Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. You will work closely with our CEO, handling various tasks and responsibilities to enable them to focus on strategic objectives and decision-making. This is a remote position with full-time hours and the possibility of overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Schedule and manage the CEO’s appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Communication: Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
Document Management: Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations.
Research: Conduct research on various topics as requested by the CEO to support decision-making.
Project Support: Provide support on special projects and initiatives, including coordinating with other team members.
Data Analysis: Prepare data reports and summaries for the CEO’s review.
Organization: Maintain an organized filing system and ensure important documents are readily accessible.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist the CEO with any additional tasks or projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a CEO or in a similar role if not holding a degree.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and remotely.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Additional Information:
This is a remote, work-from-home position.
Full-time role, 5 days a week, with overtime available as needed.
