Job Description

As the owner of a real estate investment company overseeing mobile home parks in 3 states. I’m seeking a remote executive assistant to help manage day-today administrative tasks, help streamline operations, help with buying and selling properties, encourage company growth and manage the my personal activities when needed. This will allow me to focus the majority my time on growing the business.

We are a small and nimble company that values innovation and problem solving.

Candidates must work four hours each day of the week during Mountain Standard Time Zone (9am-3pm). It doesn’t matter when your other hours are worked.

In order to help resolve issues and get questions answered, you must be able and willing to make outbound calls to the United States.

This opportunity will provide you with hands on experience, expanding your knowledge of commercial real estate.

Key roles and responsibilities:
Executive support and time management
• Help to manage owner inbox and calendar
• Willingness to learn Rent Manager and other software systems used to help run business
• Support regular operational processes
• Manage activities, making sure no actions are dropped by using

Owner Life Management:
• Understand how the company fits in the context of owner’s full set of obligations
• Assist with management of personal activities and travel management

Continuous improvement
• Expand knowledge in commercial real estate
• Figuring out ways to streamline and simplify the way things are done
• Process documentation using written, video, and any other methods

Preferred Experience (but not necessary):
• Prior virtual assistant experience
• Real estate rentals
• Experience with Rent Manager,
• Microsoft office suite
• Strong knowledge of available technology tools for business including AI
