Job Description

Vitalis, a dynamic start-up on the verge of significant business acquisitions, invites a seasoned Executive Assistant to join our team. Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or JD/MD also required.
– At least 5 years of experience in management and supervisory roles.
– Proven track record working with U.S. clients and in business operations.
– Prior experience in M&A is highly desirable.
– Proficiency in Notion, Loom, Zoom, Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office Suite.
– Excellent proficiency in business-level English, both written and spoken.

Job Type
– Full-Time Remote: A dedicated salaried position requiring full-time commitment, working and being present online from 6:30am to 4:30pm CST hours. (12 hours different from Manila time) Secondary employment is not permitted.

Shift
– This is a remote position, but you will need to work Monday to Friday 6:30am to 4:30pm with 1 hour lunch 9 working hours per day, 45 hours a week.

Salary and Benefits
– Salary: Commensurate with experience, within the range of 40,000-60,000 PHP Per Month, paid semi-monthly. Performance-based bonuses.
– Paid time off for U.S. holidays, vacation, additional benefits to be discussed.
