My name is Justin J. Moore and I am a singer/songwriter for the Dance music industry. I have 50 million streams on my songs, I’ve had my songs played at some of the biggest dance festivals in the world, I have 300k followers on social media, and I am growing fast.
My goal is to become one of the most famous dance vocalists in the world, so this job is an opportunity to work in an incredibly engaging and interesting industry.

I need an executive virtual assistant to help me manage all of my music-related affairs. I write around 15 songs/month and have many connections in the music industry. I would like to create a monthly newsletter that I can send to 1000 DJ’s with my songs. I would need a virtual assistant to manage the email list, grow it, send the monthly newsletters, and then manage the communication.
Down the road, I may include a handful of other select vocalists to add to this mailing list, and taking a cut of any songs that they sell.
Some of the tasks:
1. Reach out to hundreds of DJ’s through my personal instagram
2. Ask if they are looking for new toplines (a topline is a vocal acapella with no music behind it)
3. If they say yes, send them my current unclaimed songs and ask if they would like to be added to an incredibly exclusive mailing list for future toplines
4. Do this until the mailing list has reached 1,000 DJ’s and producers
5. Send out the monthly email with my open songs
6. Manage communication and interest with spreadsheets
7. Send me daily updates with negotiations (as the producers will often ask for different deals)
8. Send invoices, contracts, and collect and manage payments
