Client Overview:
*Luke owns a marketing company that helps brands market their products on eCommerce sites. He’s looking for an amazing unicorn who can take some administrative tasks off his plate so he can focus on his zone of genius.

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 9 am-5 pm Mountain Time (US)
*Must have experience in administrative support
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities
*Must be super organized with great attention to detail
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Experience with any CRM software is ‘nice to have’

Software tools used by the client:
*ClickUp
*Google Suite

Responsibilities/Tasks
*Manage, respond, and follow up with incoming leads
*Maintain and update the list of referral partners
*Work with Luke to refine and enhance business processes for maximum efficiency
*Actively participate in online communities, responding to inquiries and engaging with members
*Keep track of rent and utility payments for rental properties
*Handle business invoices
*Conduct research from time to time
