Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and prioritizing important messages.
Maintain and organize calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision.
Assist with marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, and campaign coordination.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in email and calendar management, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Trustworthy and dependable, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Familiarity with Keap CRM, Google Workspace, and ClickUp is advantageous.
Experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials is a plus.
