JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Read emails and prepare outgoing mail or correspondence for clients and recruiting job candidates.
• Updating and tracking spreadsheets and candidate files though the recruiting process.
• Reading resumes and cover letters based on the checklist we provide to filter out ideal job candidates.
• Attend meetings in place of the Recruiting Manager, when requested, to identify action items, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Maintain the Recruiting Manager’s calendar in a thoughtful and purposeful manner, ensuring meetings contain the appropriate attendees, agenda items, and any changes are done with full consideration of a nationwide/worldwide team, spanning multiple time zones.
• Understand the Recruiting Manager’s goals and objectives in order to effectively anticipate deliverables and follow up when necessary.
• Partner closely with the Recruiting Manager and Operations Team to coordinate needs across the organization.
• Collaborate on internal operations and HR projects as the company scales
• Database management – implement and keep track of documentation and filing processes
• Drafting internal and external communications
• Provide support with financial tasks and reporting
• Take ownership of additional duties and special projects, as needed
• Experience and Skills Required:
• 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for the C-Suite.
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
• Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Asana / Trello / Favro, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom

Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed
Work core hours are from Ideally 11am – 7pm CST Mon – Fri but we can adjust +/- 1 hours
This is for a full time position.
Salary Range: P40,000-60,000 DOE
