Our client is a leader in providing exceptional garden maintenance, landscaping design and installation, and snow removal services in BC, Canada. We are seeking a highly organized, experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in reclaiming the CEO’s time to focus on business growth. You will be the primary point of contact for team members, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Your responsibilities will include proactively driving projects forward, ensuring deadlines are met, and managing the CEO’s calendar and email to maintain smooth operations. Your proactive approach and ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO and the company will be crucial in driving our company’s expansion and achievement of goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Email and Calendar Management: Take full ownership of the CEO’s email inbox and calendar. This includes sorting, prioritizing, and responding to emails, as well as scheduling and coordinating all meetings and appointments. Ensure the CEO is kept informed of critical communications and that all messages are handled in a timely and professional manner.

* Implementation of the EOS System: Assist in implementing and managing the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) within the company by coordinating meetings, tracking progress on goals, and ensuring that the principles of EOS are effectively integrated into the company’s operations.

* Delegation of Tasks: Handle various tasks delegated by the CEO, such as project management, research, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements with a high degree of flexibility.

* Adherence to Company Policies: Operate within the company’s policies and guidelines, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

* Facilitation of Teamwork: Serve as the point person for team members and stakeholders, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support by coordinating with other assistants, departments, or external contacts to facilitate the CEO’s agenda.

* Innovative Problem-Solving: Identify and propose solutions to improve efficiency in the CEO’s operations through better scheduling practices and innovative technology solutions.

* Support in Daily Operations: Provide comprehensive support in daily operations, ensuring that the CEO’s professional and personal commitments are met.

* Professional Interaction and Representation: Represent the CEO professionally in all interactions, maintaining a high standard of communication and conduct.

* Continuous Learning and Development: Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance personal skills and support the CEO more effectively.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, specifically supporting a CEO, for at least 1.5 years.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication.
* Proficiency with office technology and software, particularly email and calendar management systems.
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
* Flexibility and adaptability in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
* Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus.

Compensation and Hours:
Salary: Competitive, paid in USD, based with experience.

Hours: Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, with occasional weekends or evenings as needed to meet business demands.
