What you will do
As an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Seller Candy, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of the business and have a birds eye view of a rapidly scaling company. You will have an impact on the business and interact with the team at all levels.

Attend meetings including leadership meetings to keep minutes and creating follow up actions based on them
Attend meetings with vendors and customers and take minutes
Organise meetings with clients, partners and prospects
Defend the CEO’s calendar and “white space”
Follow up on external meetings with quotes and proactively communicate with the stakeholders.
Craft internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations and reports
Gather data and reports for the CEO and communicate with stakeholders inside the company
Manage the CEOs communications, inbox and personal CRM
Support in travel coordination for the CEO
Help in creating / updating / maintaining presentations for meetings and event
Create comparisons for vendor selection as needed
What you need
Strong computer skills to problem solve via the internet and communicate

Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
Previous experience with Amazon, Lazada, or similar, is required
In-depth knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
Previous experience in business development, marketing, or sales
Good time management skills
A heart felt, emotional connection to customer happiness
Extreme self motivation and problem solving skills
A natural aversion to letting problems be left unsolved
Attention to detail and with prompt reporting adherence to deadlines
More than 1 year working in eCommerce or technology industries
High level of English especially for reading
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
