Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Type: Permanent position, Full Time
Target work week: 40 hours a week 4 AM – 1 PM New Zealand Time
Reports to: CEO
Location: Virtual – Work From Home

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant!
Grow Enrollments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our CEO. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone at the onset of their career, driven to prove their capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with exceptional written English skills, a voracious appetite for learning, and a proactive approach to supporting our CEO in a fast-paced environment. This position demands someone who is consistently available and showcases a high level of intelligence and dedication. The Executive Assistant will shoulder diverse responsibilities, mainly in administration of processes, organization of information, and contributing to various projects.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, data entry, overseeing projects, and chasing deliverables.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, communicating key information and ensuring all deadlines are met.
Assist with projects and tasks as required, including conducting research, preparing reports, and organizing data.
Maintain a schedule of the CEO’s commitments, ensuring that the CEO is aware of all upcoming deadlines.
Filtering and prioritizing communications as necessary.
Organize and maintain the CEO’s personal and business files and records, ensuring that all information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Perform tasks as needed to support the CEO’s varying requirements from time to time.
Qualifications:
Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role is an advantage but not required.
Fresh grads at the top of their class with little work experience are welcome to apply
Available to work Tuesday to Saturday, between 4am to 1pm New Zealand time.

Good moral integrity
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. (Proficiency test will be required for this)
Ability to interact professionally with colleagues, superiors, and clients.
Ability to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software.
Flexibility to be available anytime when needed, including weekends or overtime.
Strong ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with a team.
Does not need to be managed. Able to work independently and deliver results within the deadline.
Good working computer and a stable internet connection
