Overview
Pure Digital Marketing is seeking a virtual executive assistant. Must be able to jump on calls with our team. We are looking for a long-term team member who will be with us full-time. Duties include daily calendar management, answering emails, possible client onboarding, client gifts, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Knowledge of: LastPass and Google Calendar. Bonus if you have experience with Go High Level and Teamwork.
Qualifications:
Detailed, timely with deadlines, good follow-up skills, professional written communication, experience with administrative duties, and desire to grow and be a part of a team.

Summary Role Description
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as an executive assistant for other online CEOs and understands how to work efficiently and effectively with strong communication. Candidates must be able to read and write English at a high level. Job roles and responsibilities will grow over time.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
? Administrative Support: Manage email correspondence, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and handle calendar management.
? Communication Management: Draft and edit documents, letters, and emails as required, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
? Research: Conduct online research on various topics, compile information, and present findings clearly and concisely.
? Data Management: Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
? Miscellaneous Tasks: Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the team, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to assist in various areas.

? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

? Familiarity with scheduling.
? Availability to work full-time, without any other sideline jobs.
