Job Description

The Executive Assistant will assist our CEO in our ongoing day-to-day operations. The tasks include monitoring Tasks, schedules, and work hours, setting up and attending meetings with the clients, and ensuring that deadlines are met, and tasks are done in an accurate and timely manner.
The role requires you to work under tight deadlines, think and solve problems under pressure, carry yourself well in client and internal meetings in a professional manner, and should be excellent in oral and written US English. The candidate should be competent in MS Teams, Word, and Excel applications.
The applicant should be resourceful, and innovative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. They must have communication skills to be able to share information internally and externally.
A bachelor’s degree that is related to Business and at least 3 years of relevant experience are required for consideration and should be in Metro Manila or Nearby Cities and provinces.

Hours and Start dates
• Start Date: Can start Immediately.
• Place of Work: Work from home
• Minimum Hours of Work: 45 hours per week, inclusive of a 1-hour break per day, (Should be willing to go on overtime or work on weekends if needed.)
• Working Schedule: Mondays – Fridays, 9 AM – 6 PM Pacific Standard Time or Tuesdays – Saturdays, 12 AM – 9 AM Manila Time (inclusive of 1-hour break)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
• Draft, Review, and Send communications on behalf of the CEO. • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Work with the CEO to Strategically manage the CEO’s Calendars and set up meetings on the CEO’s behalf
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and data of meetings
• Format information for internal and external communication, for example. Memos, emails, or reports.
• Take accurate minutes during meetings and follow up on Action items as needed.
• Organize and Maintain a Filing system, which includes internal and external Files.
• General Administrative Support.
