Job Description

Executive Assistant to the CEO – 40-50k php / monthly (DAYTIME PH shift)

Responsibilities:
– CEO support and administrative tasks include email, diary, and calendar management; establishing, updating, and managing essential events.
– Providing administrative support to the various governance committees and their meetings, including calendar management, minute-taking, and preparations for the Annual General Meeting.
– Compile, format, and file monthly reports, including Board reports for the CEO.
– Proofread documents and other office materials
– Database building, entries, and updates / CRM support

Tasks include but are not limited to general virtual assistant tasks
– Events / Education calendar management establishes, updates, and manages important events.
– Check emails and Manage inquiries
– Database and CRM management

Key Skills & Attributes
– At least 7 years of working experience as a high-volume administrator, support person, or another relevant role.
– A passion for customer support.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
– Excellent diary management, time management, and planning skills.
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and CRM software.
– Online delivery skills to an audience are advantageous (Zoom, Teams, Go To, etc.)
– Ability to take the initiative and work independently on projects as needed
– Initiative-taking with the ability to work autonomously and within a remote team environment
