We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO in achieving our vision.

Position Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the right-hand person to our CEO, responsible for managing administrative tasks, freeing up their time to focus on strategic initiatives. We are looking for an individual with outstanding English communication skills, high energy, extensive experience with Google programs (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides), familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Effective Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Email Management: Manage and organize the CEO’s Gmail inbox, prioritize emails, and draft responses when appropriate.

Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Document Management: Create, edit, and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, and design visually appealing materials using Canva.

Data Analysis: Assist with data analysis and reporting, utilizing Google Sheets to create, update, and analyze data sets.

Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure efficient meetings.

Project Assistance: Support the CEO in various strategic projects, research, and presentation preparation.

Travel Coordination: Handle all travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.

Payroll Management: Manage payroll for employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, tracking payments and following up as needed.

Qualifications:

Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
High energy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience with Google programs, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
Familiarity with graphic design tools, particularly Canva.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle evolving priorities.
Must have great organizational skills.
