Hey there! My name is Paul Niklas, and I am the co-founder of multiple internet based businesses across the eCommerce and lead generation verticals.
As my own workload continues to grow across multiple projects it has become clear that I am in need of help, so I am looking for an elite executive assistant like YOU to support myself and the various businesses I am involved in.
This is a unique and challenging role that transcends the traditional duties of an Executive Assistant and will allow you to work as a true business partner. Providing direct support to me, the CEO you will act as a direct link between myself and external stakeholders across a number of different business units.
This role is fully remote, and it is a busy and challenging environment where no two ways will be the same. This role will give you the opportunity to be involved in every aspect of the business.

The businesses you will help work on:
A brand new DTC eCommerce brand in the health/wellness space.
A brand new DTC supplements brand in the women’s health space.
Healthcare lead generation company.
Pest control DTC eCommerce brand.
Your role:
Maintaining a high level of organisation and time management, your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
– Calendar and email management (drafting responses, labelling priorities and juggling a full calendar)
– Booking flights and holidays.
– Shadowing the CEO in meetings, taking notes and drafting action items.
– Scheduling posts on social media (Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
– Hiring other team members.
– Prioritising and planning what is business critical
– Stakeholder management (internal and external)
– Supporting the CEO in all aspects of their multifaceted role across a number of businesses.
– Following up the CEO on action items
You’re Perfect If You Have/Are…
Output focused
Proven experience as an executive assistant for 2+ years.
Detailed oriented and meticulous
Highly organised
You are a self-starter and can work independently without supervision
You are comfortable working remotely, at your own time
You have excellent written and spoken English skills so you can easily collaborate with our team
Team player, able to take on feedback and implement it quickly to achieve greater results
You are proactive and constantly finding new ways to improve your performance
High standard of achievement and integrity
Good at following set structures to create SOPs for all repeatable tasks
Proficiency with apps like: Hubstaff, Slack, Shopify, Notion, ClickUp, Google Sheets
Working Hours:
You will be required to shadow the CEOs working hours (9am-5pm Australian Eastern Standard Timezone)
