The Executive Assistant will support the General Manager who is also a licensed real estate
broker with the overall management of the property management company as well as working
with real estate clients while strengthening the real of the Welcome Home Brand.

Welcome Home Management is seeking an individual that possesses excellent analytical skills
that allow them to simultaneously see the big and little picture. The successful candidate will be
able to work well with others, in group environments, and as an individual, in addition to being
able to function well in high-pressure environments while meeting deadlines. This applicant will
have the ability to think fast on their feet, assess a situation, and take prompt action to execute.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with adaptability, confidence,
efficiency, precision, and organization skills.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
• Serve as an executive assistant to the General Manager.
o Calendar Management (Google Calendar, Calendly)
o Email Management on behalf of the General Manager; Manage email – triage
and redirect as necessary.
o Prepare MLS/ paper work for Sale & Leasing Listings (Skyslope)
• File Management & Organization (Google Drive)
• Proficient in Google Workspace & MS Office products
• Project Management and provide reminders to team members ()

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Support the General Manager as Business Development Lead
• Serve as a “setter” follow up with all leads and provide the personal touch by booking
an appointment with them in the General Manager’s calendar
• Send proposals following meeting with leads
• Follow up with old leads to determine if there is an interest in services
• Work with the General Manager in setting up drip campaigns to “nurture” those leads
so Welcome Home is always top of mind
• Support the Operations Lead in the creation of Management & Tenant Placement
Agreements
• Look for speaking engagements for the General Manager to speak at various brokerages
about partnering with property management
