We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Business Owner & General Manager at Stan Bond, as well as the Chairman of the Fashionline Group.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with top leadership in a dynamic and growing organization. As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to our Service Leadership Team, providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support. Your role will be essential in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring the executives can focus on their strategic objectives.

Stan Bond is South Australia’s leading manufacturer of a variety of blinds, curtains, and home improvement solutions. With a team of over 100 staff members and a history spanning 50 years, we’re committed to creating a supportive and family-oriented work environment. Our Philippine-based remote team is an integral part of our company, and we’re looking to expand it!
LOCATION: Remote (Philippines VA Hub – Work from Home)
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
– Manage the General Manager’s calendars and appointments.
– Organize task lists, emails, and travel plans.
– Capture comprehensive meeting notes and action items.
– Create detailed task lists, outlining responsible parties for each action and setting
reminders to ensure timely completion.
– Conduct research, finalize documents, and prepare presentations.
– Act as a liaison between the General Manager and other team members.
– Handle confidential information discreetly.
– Attend relevant training to develop expertise in priority areas over time, including
operations, manufacturing, sales or the Knowledge Hub platform.
– Conduct research, find existing resources, and consolidate information to support
with various projects.
– Anticipate needs by pre-empting tasks, connecting dots, and ensuring a seamless
workflow.
– Interface with subject matter experts to complete tasks. Such as website updates,
training materials, and more.
– Engage in a morning discussion to review daily goals and recommend optimal time
management strategies.
– Support the efficient, organise growth of the company and its people.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Office, Zoom and other relevant business software
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines. and take initiative.
– A high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
