About Me:

I am a travel doctor who works in the hospital. I take a contract with a hospital, travel there for a week or more, and then travel back home. I also operate multiple businesses on the side with multiple employees. I have been working with VA’s in the Philippines for 2 years and currently have 3 full-time VA’s working for me who you can meet before joining my team. Since my job requires so much travel while trying to run multiple businesses, I am in need of an assistant to help me manage my life. I need help coordinating travel for my doctor work as well as helping me with things back home such as planning a date night with my wife, organizing my personal finances, and scheduling appointments.

To Apply for the Job:

1. Send me a message and change the subject to “I want to work for you Dr. Corey Helton” This will help reduce SPAM applications.

2. At the top of your message, write a few sentences about why you would like this position and why you are a good fit. Do not use ChatGPT to write this. I am good at recognizing AI.

3. Write a few sentences about your experience as an executive assistant if you have any. Have you had to coordinate flights before? Can you make phone calls to the US? Can you handle strict privacy?

4. Under that, please list the following and include the numbers so that it is easy to read:
– 1. Your Instagram profile if you have one
– 2. Your Twitter account if you have one
– 3. Any resume, personal website, or other information about yourself that you would like to share

Please make sure to follow the steps above carefully. This is a great opportunity to work with a company looking to hire a long-term employee. If part time work is not enough, we will very quickly move to full time with the opportunity for raises and more responsibilities.

If we like what we see in the above application, we will ask you to complete a small sample project that should take no more than an hour. Then, if selected, I will interview you with a short Zoom call.

Thank you,
Dr. Corey Helton
