What You Will Do in This Position

-Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
-Handle email correspondence, draft and proofread documents, and prepare reports as needed.
-Conduct research on various topics and compile information for presentations or projects.
-Manage and update databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
-Assist in managing projects by tracking progress, coordinating deadlines, and maintaining project documentation.
-Provide support for virtual meetings, including setting up video conferences, managing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
-Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
– Research locations and keywords for SEO ranking reports

Requirements:

You Are Ideal for This Position If You Have
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in using common office software and online collaboration tools.
-High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
-Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
-Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
-Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
– SEO and Marketing experience (preferred)
– Strong logic and critical thinking skills

Basic Requirements
Education: High School Diploma. Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Years of experience as Virtual Assistant/Executive Assistant: 1 year preferred
Must be able to work 9AM – 6PM EST (with a 1 hour mid-day break)
Able to start ASAP
