Responsibilities:

Project Management:
Coordinate and manage various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.

Calendar Management:
Maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events as necessary.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to optimize productivity.

Communication Management:
Respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and documents as needed.

Task Organization:
Create and manage lists of tasks, ensuring all assignments are completed efficiently and on time.
Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance to maximize productivity.

Research:
Conduct research on various topics as assigned, compiling relevant information and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
Assist with data gathering and analysis to support decision-making processes.

Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create compelling content for TikTok and Instagram, including short videos, reels, posts, and stories.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to cultivate a vibrant online community.
Analyze social media metrics and trends to optimize content performance and drive growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize information into actionable insights.
Creative mindset with experience in content creation for social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and best practices.
Experience in grant proposal writing, including researching funding opportunities and crafting persuasive proposals.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
Knowledge of graphic design software and video editing tools.
Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
