I run a US-based lead generation agency. I’m looking for an assistant that can support day-to-day operations and help me with my daily task list.
A Typical Day Could Include:
– Working closely with me as CEO
– Working closely in Slack with our global team.
– Updating SOPs in our company wiki (Notion)
– Creating invoices and billing clients
– Scheduling meetings
– CRM management
– Using ChatGpt to summarize and archive notes
– Organizing filing systems
– Call center related operations
– Documenting your job is part of your job. So you’ll write instructions for any task you do more than once and add it to our company wiki.

Your Skills:
– 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
– Tech Skills: Good at using CRM systems like Airtable, Notion, and learning new software quickly.
– Billing Management: Invoicing, payment tracking using tools like Google Sheets and Stripe
– Process Improvement: Strong inclination towards systematic thinking, process improvement, and efficiency optimization, akin to Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
– Cultural Fit and Adaptability: Alignment with the company’s culture, especially in automation, simplification, and continuous learning, with a willingness to adapt and grow within the company.
– Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to work 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
