Executive Assistant with a Focus on Marketing and Design

THIS IS REMOTE POSITION US NY (Eastern Time Zone) 6AM to 3PM.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Personal Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual with a strong background in graphics design, video editing, and marketing. The ideal candidate will assist in various marketing efforts, including lead acquisition, social media management, and email marketing, to further elevate SeaWorthy Club’s presence and engagement with our exclusive clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to acquire new leads and engage with existing clients, utilizing CRM tools.
• Create compelling content for social media platforms, including design work and video editing, to enhance our brand’s visual and digital presence.
• Manage and optimize email campaigns, including newsletter design, content creation, and distribution.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in yacht management and maintenance.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and communication within the team.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to align marketing efforts with SeaWorthy Club’s strategic goals.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in graphics design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and lead acquisition strategies.
• Excellent command of social media marketing, with experience managing business accounts across various platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Passionate about the yachting industry and committed to upholding the high standards of the SeaWorthy Club brand.
• Marketing or related field degree preferred.
