Position: Executive Assistant (with some book-keeping)

Working Hours: Initial 1 week trial, moving to 40 hours/week as tasks are handed over, Mondays – Fridays, UK time zone
Salary: USD 6/hour

We provide Home Organising services in the UK. We help our clients declutter and organise their homes so they can spend more of their time with loved ones doing things they enjoy.

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced virtual assistant who has previously worked with online and in-person businesses. Ideally, you will:
– demonstrate a high level of critical thinking and initiative
– be comfortable with UK hours
– have a great understanding of English and written English as a lot of the work will be completed via email, and you will be asked to communicate with clients
– have excellent time management and organisational skills
– have experience both writing and carrying out standard operating procedures / playbooks

Responsibilities include:
Usual and customary EA daily, weekly, and monthly tasks that include:
– Task and Time Management
– Calendar Management
– Meeting Management
– Email Management
– CRM Management
– Research Management
– Reporting
– Projects
– Other tasks as needed by the role

Qualifications (Please only apply if you have the following):
– Have a minimum of 2 years of Executive Level Administrative support experience preferably in a Financial, Tech, Legal, VC, and/or start-up setting
– A minimum of 1-year experience working remotely (Required)
– A minimum of 1-year working with Xero for bookkeeping (Required)
– Fluent in English written and spoken – (Required)
– Proficiency with Google Suites – (Required)
– Proficient in any other software necessary to effectively complete tasks in a remote setting – (Required)
– Master of Gmail Email and Calendar – (Required)
– Type a minimum of 60 WPM – (Required)
