Job Description

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Executive Virtual Assistant with specialized expertise in LinkedIn lead generation to support the executive in expanding their network and fostering valuable connections.

As an Executive Virtual Assistant with LinkedIn Lead Generation & Sales expertise, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive by efficiently managing their schedules, communications, and tasks, while also spearheading targeted lead generation efforts on LinkedIn and other lead generation tools. You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with the ideal client, nurturing relationships, and generating leads to drive business growth.

It’s also essential that he or she can offer a weekly update or summary of completed tasks and activities to ensure transparency.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (MST)| 40 hrs per week

Job Description:
• Manage executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle email correspondence and prioritize incoming messages.
• Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
• Develop and implement LinkedIn lead generation and other social media lead generation strategies.
• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools (Co-pilot, etc.) to identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
• Engage with prospects through personalized messaging and content sharing.
• Nurture relationships and follow up with leads to facilitate conversion.
• Monitor and analyze LinkedIn metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
• Stay updated on LinkedIn platform changes, industry trends, and best practices for lead generation.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including conversion rates and pipeline growth.
• Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM (Pipedrive) systems to track and manage leads effectively.
• Maintain, update, and install plugins using WordPress.
• (Basic Social Media Management) Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content 3 to 4x a week (FB, IG & LI) and review platform analytics accordingly.
• Update, maintain, and create SOPs that are relevant to the current practice of the team.
• Must be able to multi-task and flexible as other tasks may be assigned.

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives.
• Proven experience as a LinkedIn Sales Lead Generation Specialist and Social Media Management.
• Prior experience in engaging with entrepreneurs, C-level executives, and similar professionals.
• In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools (Co-pilot, etc.).
• Proficiency with social media platforms, tools and analytics (LinkedIn, FB, & IG)
• Proficiency with the use of Pipedrive (leads management & forecasting) & WordPress (for plug-ins & maintenance)
• Strong understanding of social selling and relationship-building strategies.
• Proficient in English communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative lead-generation ideas.
• Results-oriented and driven to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay current with industry trends and LinkedIn features.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Laptop or desktop that is at least I5, or I5 equivalent and above.
• Strong internet connection with backup internet available.
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
