Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Assistant with a focus on marketing and events management to join our team. This role will primarily involve providing comprehensive support to our executive team, particularly in managing marketing initiatives, coordinating upcoming events, and handling administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This is a full-time remote position, requiring availability during Central Standard US Hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
– Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
– Handle all aspects of contract management, including filling out forms, organizing data and information, and ensuring contracts are processed efficiently.
– Handle all aspects of data organization and management related to customer service activities, including updating customer profiles and tracking customer feedback.
Events Coordination:
– Coordinate the organization and logistics of trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
– Conduct research ahead of events to identify key contacts and stakeholders, and assist in booking travel arrangements.
– Assist in coordinating and planning company events, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
Marketing Support:
– Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Lux & Nyx products and brand.
– Coordinate the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.
– Manage the owner’s LinkedIn account, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
– Post updates on LinkedIn and other social media platforms to promote upcoming events and company activities.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience in marketing and events management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
– Experience in contract management and administrative support.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems creatively.
