Job Title: Executive Assistant with Sales Experience
Location: Work From Home/Remote
Salary: $1,600/month starting salary with potential to increase based on performance
Job Description: Yelprat Digital is seeking a highly motivated and communicative Executive Assistant with a knack for sales to join our team. You will work closely with the company founder, shadowing their daily activities, and taking charge of crucial communication with agents. While this is not a traditional sales position, your ability to articulate our services and guide agents through our lead marketing programs will be essential.
We are looking for an executive assistant who can support our CEO with various tasks, such as:
•Communicate with agents daily via text, calls, and virtual meetings to maintain relationships and provide necessary information.
•Follow up with existing agents, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any questions they may have.
•Nurture relationships developed through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and guide prospects toward purchasing our services.
•Assist in explaining our lead marketing programs and various lead types to potential clients clearly and conceptually.
•Manage Trello boards, ensuring tasks and projects are organized and completed efficiently.
•Collaborate with the founder on process improvements, bringing innovative ideas to enhance our current procedures.
•Replace the founder in meetings, presenting information effectively and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Qualifications:
•Must have at least 1 year experience as a Sales Manager (or know the end-to-end Sales process)
•Has excellent skills in organizing meetings and calendars- With very good time management skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences (both written and verbal).
•A friendly, professional, and confident demeanor, with the ability to build rapport and trust with agents and executives.
•A proactive, problem-solving, and results-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Ability to understand and explain complex concepts in a simple and comprehensible manner.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Trello, and other relevant software and tools
•Ability to work from 9 am EST – 8 pm EST(multiple lunch breaks provided). This schedule is essential because later in the evenings, there are important meetings that require your presence.
