Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and proficient Executive Assistant to provide administrative and customer support while working remotely.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable doing many assigned tasks, able to communicate effectively through different channels, and highly organized.

Job Description:
• Performs administrative tasks associated with efficient and effective management of the client’s accounts, email, and calendar.
• Will be responsible for email management, calendar management, client management, and other ad-hoc tasks.
• Has knowledge of managing Social Media platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Proficient in using Google Suite/MS Office, Project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack, etc.), and CRMs.
• Ensure each customer contact is handled consistently with the client’s brand and values to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
• Filter and escalate inquiries as appropriate.
• Responsible for customer engagement, customer care, complaints resolution & customer satisfaction.
• Update, maintain, and create SOPs relevant to the team’s current practice.
• Proficient in identifying and locating relevant sources of information, whether through databases & online resources. Capable of using advanced search techniques to retrieve accurate and up-to-date data.
• Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision.
• Must be able to multi-task and flexible as other tasks may be assigned.

Requirements:
• Executive assistant experience is REQUIRED.
• Proven track record from previous roles.
• Expert with Social Media platforms and in outreach & lead generation (e.g. FB, IG, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ Google Suite and good typing skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional manner and a robust ethical code.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• A fast learner and proactive. We need someone who doesn’t need to be constantly told what to do.
• Laptop or desktop that is at least I5, or I5 equivalent and above.
• Strong internet connection with backup internet available.
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
