Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with experience in social media marketing to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and driving social media initiatives to enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage and prioritize email communications and calendar schedules.
Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
Arrange appointments such as doctor visits and personal engagements, as well as purchase gifts as needed.

Social Media Marketing:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize campaign performance.

Administrative Tasks:
Maintain and update CRM systems (Infinity) with accurate and timely information.
Utilize tools such as Google Suite and Asana to manage projects and tasks efficiently.
Support lead-generation activities through email outreach and follow-up.

Creative and Copywriting:
Assist in creating visually appealing graphics and marketing materials.
Write compelling copy for social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.

Must-Have Skills:
Email and Calendar Management: Proficiency in managing executive email accounts and calendars.
Travel and Appointment Coordination: Experience in booking flights, accommodations, and scheduling appointments.
Venture Capital/Investor Relations: Prior experience working with venture capital firms or investors.
CRM Management: Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically Infinity.
Project Management: Competence in using Google Suite and Asana for managing tasks and projects.
Lead Generation: Expertise in conducting email outreach and lead generation activities.
Creative Skills: Ability to design and create marketing materials and social media content.
Copywriting: Strong writing skills for crafting engaging and persuasive copy.

Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Experience with project management tools like Asana.
Knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Infinity.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Personal Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Creative thinker with a passion for social media and marketing.
