Job Description

EA with Strong Graphic Design and Video Editing experience (full-time)

We are seeking a full-time executive assistant who can assist a business owner with general administrative tasks and the development of marketing collateral. Responsibilities and attributes sought after include but are not limited to those listed below.

Required Attributes:

– Excellent English (written and verbal)
– Available to work in the ADT timezone
– Proven graphic design and video editing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
– Familiar with the Zoho suite of software tools
– Strong initiative, critical thinking, and willingness to take independent action
– Attention to detail & quick learning
– Not afraid of making mistakes & willing to accept and provide feedback

Preferred Attributes:

– College degree or equivalent (please detail)
– Familiar with implementing business operating systems (e.g. EOS)
– Able to work on weekends from time to time (flexible days off)

Responsibilities (in addition to general administrative tasks include):

– Develop & distribute marketing collateral
– Marketing strategy
– Repurpose existing content into engaging visual formats, such as infographics, social media graphics, e-books, and other marketing materials.
– Ensure brand consistency across all visual content.
– Assist in the design and layout of newsletters, websites, and promotional materials.
– Social Media Management
– PPC / ads management

Expectations:

– Communicate well. Regular check-ins for progress monitoring and strategic planning.
– You are being hired as a knowledge worker. Ask questions. Challenge assumptions. Bring your ideas, suggestions, tools etc. to the table.
– Effective work on the right things is more highly valued than hard work on things that don’t move the needle.
– Things do not need to be perfect for the first draft. We are more focused on iterating and evaluating quickly, making sure we are directionally correct first and then we can revise and refine.
– Where appropriate, automate/make processes scalable and repeatable.
– Use your reasonable judgment but ask questions or ask for help as needed.

Tools and Technology:

– WhatsApp, Loom, Canva, Zoho Suite, Spreadsheet software (e.g. MS Excel, Google Sheets), Accounting software (Zoho Books, etc.), Graphic Design and Video Editing software (e.g. Adobe Suite), AI tools, and more

Compensation: USD 800 monthly starting rate (40 hrs/week) during probation. This is all-inclusive and is open to adjustment after probation.
