Job Description

As a key support member of a small team, you will report to and work directly with the CEO and Founder. This is a crucial role in the organisation and you will be fully supported to achieve the goals with access to the full team: CEO, lawyer, accountant, designer and Sales and so on.

This role will be diverse and different everyday . yes, there will be set tasks like email management and calendar setting but you will also be working on ordering from manufacturers , managing spreadsheets of contacts and products, taking notes at meetings. you will be an integrated member of the team and be expected to not just to follow but to lead in your area.

Keeping the whole team including contractors, CEO and board on track and focussed on priorities·
Support Sales and CRM by monitoring and responding to customer enquiries
Tracking, reporting and daily management of customer databases
Supporting the implementation of business, sales and marketing plans;
Operations: support CEO with production of Nüdel resources including assisting with material ordering, logistics, safety and compliance.
End of month reporting including board reports, funders reports, AGM and Annual report with full financial support from our accountant.
Support Sales and assist with marketing functions
Admin and support work for the CEO and Team, such as asset and calendar management as well as process and system implementation
Source, prepare & apply for grant applications in consultation with CEO
Occasional social media, google and facebook Ad support in consultation with specialist contractors

About you

Can work autonomously and love supporting others ;
You’re a self-starter and highly motivated
Happy to get your hands dirty;
Can’t isn’t in your vocabulary, if you haven’t done it before, we will give you the tools if you’re willing to give it a go and learn it;
Super organised and love a spreadsheet; multitasking is your middle name;
A passion for creativity and play-based learning preferred – not essential
Love diversity
Have great communication skills including especially written and verbal;
Great presentation skills when required
Relevant and proven industry experience, (a minimum of 3 years) in an operations focused/admin role with some basic to mid level skills in accounting and spreadsheet management.
Previous corporate or commercial experience
And just remember, you don’t have to tick all the boxes

This job will be paid in Australian dollars, not USD

Our business follows the Victorian School calendar and would allow for leave during school holidays (paid or unpaid) negotiable in line with business needs.
