Role Overview:
As an Administrative and Marketing Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our organization, supporting the CEO and assisting with various operations, sales, and marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include managing and refining operations processes, acting as a liaison with clients and underwriters, and executing marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Manage deal flow from receiving a rent roll to deal closing. Including organizing a Bank list – email communication with bankers – organizing quotes and overseeing the process of every loan that is live.
Client Communication: Contact borrowers to collect necessary documentation and update status of loan through the process.
Marketing Execution: Manage effective marketing strategies to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
Requirements:
CRM Software (ZOHO/CLOSE a plus)
Microsoft Office Suite/G-SUITE Tools
Data Entry, and compliance of data
Basic Graphic Design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark)
Research and Market Research
Project Management
File Management and Administrative Support
Organizational skills
Strong Motivational –
Familiarity with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus

SCRATCH

Ideal clients must be detail oriented, have CRM experience, must have organization skills, must have a positive attitude. Prefer G- SUITE knowledge and any Entrepreneurial Operating System experience is a major plus.

Your role will be to support the CEO administratively.

Manage all operations processes including – reviewing files for adherence to underwriting standards and ensuring completeness of submission.
Contacts borrower and/or bankers to collect necessary documentation and act as a liaison between origination staff, underwriters, and clients.
Marketing Operations – Manage the marketing process – execute the right message – to the right person at the right time.

The CEO and you will meet for the first 30 days daily to support you in this adventure. In these meetings, you will own the agenda and time frame asking for all resources that you need to be successful. It is important to the business that you have all the tools to be wildly successful and you will have 100% of the CEO’s support. After the first 30 days, we will meet weekly and measure the success of your position by
