Job Description

We are a PropTech platform with a full-time team in the United Kingdom, China & Thailand. We are a platform that helps our clients in the UK real estate market grow their business.

We would like to find a Full-Time Executive Copywriter and Marketing Manager with existing Marketing Skills to help us with administrative and marketing-related tasks.

Your main role will be creating originally written content for our website, landing pages, and social media posts, letters, and articles. You will also be responding to messages and emails with some outreach to publish the content.

Our minimum requirements
• Vocabulary and understanding of British English, not American English
• Excellent copywriting skills with a portfolio of previous work
• Experience as a Marketing VA
• Hands-on experience in content management
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Experience of various online marketing channels and platforms
• Expert knowledge in using Word & Mail Merge, PDF editors, Canva, or similar
• Proficient in Microsoft, Gmail, Slack, Zoom.
• A stable primary internet connection and a backup internet connection

Alongside the above, we would also like you to be:
• Highly organized and detail-focused
• Ability and enjoyment in learning new things and topics
• Ability to research and create your own ideas
• 2+ Years experience working independently
• Eager to be part of an international team
• Friendly and have a professional phone & email demeanor.
• Has a typing Speed of at least 45 words/minute.
• Must be able to troubleshoot issues that arise and independently discover solutions.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

About Us
We started the company 4 years ago with an idea and passion for developing technology. Fast forward to now and apart from our government contracts work with many large real estate companies in the UK.
Our main business is mapping and laying data onto maps for clients. However, recently we launched a marketing platform to create marketing messages for clients.
Our team is located in the United Kingdom, China and Thailand. We would love to grow an operation in the Phylippeans so are looking for our very first team member to work on our copywriting and marketing side.
We are a very friendly team of tech geeks, sales execs, and directors who interact with each other and respect everyone equally.

Responsibilities are (but not limited to):
• Design and implement a marketing strategy to align with business goals.
• Create Word & PDF Letter Templates for clients on request.
• Merge existing templates with client information and add to their campaigns
• Write 1 extended article per week for Propalt and distribute to Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Send a weekly newsletter on changes to Propalt and use HubSpot to send it
• Write a monthly market report using internal data from Propalt
• Create Loom Video how-videos for us to add to our website and YouTube channel
• Create how-to guides on using the platform
• Test features on the platform daily and report UX issues to the tech team
• Reach out to influencers to test the platform
• Comment on LinkedIn and Facebook groups
• Reach out to industry influencers to write custom articles
• Reach out to estate agents to co-author articles

Work Schedule: 5 days a week (40 hours), fixed 2 days off. You are also OFF on Company Holidays.
