We are a dynamic and growing business specializing in Poshmark sales and screenprinting. As we expand, we are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide essential support.
Responsibilities:
The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for a range of tasks related to our Poshmark and screenprinting operations. Key responsibilities include:
Graphic Software Expertise:
Preferred experience in using graphic software such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Ability to edit and enhance product images for Poshmark listings and screenprinting designs.
Poshmark and eBay Management:
Experience with Poshmark and/or eBay platforms.
Familiarity with listing products, managing inventory, and responding to customer inquiries.
Background Removal and Draft Creation:
Skill in cutting out backgrounds from clothing photos.
Ability to insert edited images into drafts on Poshmark and eBay.
Vectorization for DTG/Screenprinting:
Some experience in vectorizing artwork for direct-to-garment (DTG) printing and screenprinting.
Knowledge of file formats suitable for printing.
Adaptability and Project Management:
Ability to flow seamlessly from one project to another.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Familiarity with Poshmark and/or eBay.
Basic understanding of vectorization for printing.
Adaptability: Ability to handle changing priorities and manage tasks effectively.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in editing images and creating drafts.
Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
Hours and Compensation:
Starting Hours: Approximately 10 to 15 hours per week, with potential for full-time growth.
