We are seeking a Virtual Executive and Marketing Assistant with 2+ years as a Virtual Assistant to support our client, a wellness coach with a thriving online community. This remote position will focus on providing exceptional administrative and marketing support to help our client grow her business and achieve her mission of bringing health to those in need.

**Main Tasks / Responsibilities**
– Collaborating with the client to develop a detailed schedule of tasks that can be delegated to you, which will allow her to focus on revenue-generating activities. You will also create task guides (SOP) to ensure efficient and consistent completion of delegated tasks.
– Providing executive-level administrative support, including email management, appointment scheduling, and calendar management, to ensure the client’s schedule is optimized and organized.
– Helping the client put systems in place to streamline business processes and respond quickly to changing circumstances.
– Creating and managing forms for events to ensure seamless and professional event management.
– Acting as a client concierge to provide support during the onboarding process and address any questions and concerns the client may have.
– Coordinating guest appearances for the client’s podcast and ensuring guests have all the necessary information for a seamless experience.

**Marketing & PR Support**
– Creating light social media posts to keep the client’s brand on track, consistent with the brand’s voice, and strategy. Create periodic graphics and posts to keep IG and FB current.
– Assist in online community engagement to establish the client’s expertise and invite them over to the new community.
– Repurpose content from events, podcasts, and YouTube, and post on Instagram and Facebook using Descript or other similar tools.
– Help with basic Canva designs for landing pages and email marketing.
– Respond to comments and advise the client if there are comments that she should look into.

**Skill Preferences (Not required but would be considered with preference):**
– Experience supporting virtual events and summits in preparation, marketing, and/or operations.
– Demonstrated experience in community management within a robust Facebook group.
– Strong tech skills, including proficiency with Google Suite, Asana, and other project management tools.
– Experience with ActiveCampaign CRM, SMS marketing platforms, Descript, ClickFunnels, or other relevant programs.

**Qualifications**
– Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, and other project management tools.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

**Budget and Hours**
– $10-12/hour, 20 hours per week during Pacific Standard Time.
– Needs to be available to work right away, if selected.
