REMOTE WORK: Manager, Executive Office

Piloto Asia, a fast-growing regional Accounting, Corporate Secretarial and Consulting firm (), is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Manager, Executive Office (Supporting Director).
This role would be based remotely at the comfort of your preferred workplace and you would be interacting with other remote professionals in Singapore and the region.

About the Role
1) Support Directors in achieving corporate goals (80%):

Assists the Director with daily administrative duties and corporate management from higher level, including leading various projects to ensure The Director can better focus on achieving business targets. Areas of focus may include:

a. Develop project plan and strategy, proactively lead/participate in innovation initiatives to advance the company’s operation flows, aligned to the company’s goals.
b. Managing calendar and priorities, ensuring regular partners and client engagement
c. Keeping various projects on track with internal and external stakeholders
d. Improving internal HR protocols – e.g. talent profile, retention, benefits, team-building, developing strong culture and pay structure
e. Leverage on best practices brought over from prior experiences
f. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

2) Support Directors in achieving personal goals (20%):

a. Support Director’s leadership development – Research in management, communication, technical courses relevant to industry, mentorship opportunities
b. Support personal administrative duties of Director

5) Any discipline with 2-3 years+ of related working experience. Someone who has previous experiences in corporate planning, project management and change management would be advantageous.
