We are looking for a quick learning, career focused, detail oriented individual to join our team as an executive/administrative assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for critical insurance document processing, calling insurance companies, checking on billing issues, updating databases of several different types. The role is fast paced and requires developing skills in lots of different areas and tasks. Attention to detail and focus are key priorities. A solid and consistent internet connection and computer equipment is critical. This position requires on-camera meetings and phone work as well.

Responsibilities:

Process data updates on a variety of websites
Follow up on billing issues
Solve billing issues and communicate with both insurance companies and clients
Aid in effective workflow management for commercial lines team
Other Administrative Tasks as needed

Requirements:
Must be speak/read/write fluent English
Insurance Industry Experience preferred but not required
Very comfortable and knowledgeable about computers
Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel
Website Navigation skills

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Working Conditions:
This is a remote position, and you will work from your own location
Some on camera work will be needed as well as on camera meetings with team
The position may involve working on multiple projects simultaneously and managing deadlines
Collaboration with team members will primarily be done through online communication channels
