Based in North Carolina, USA, we’re on the lookout for a remote Executive Operations Assistant from the Philippines to enhance our operational efficiency and support our CEO’s strategic initiatives.

Role Summary:
The Executive Operations Assistant will be instrumental in managing daily administrative tasks, facilitating efficient communication, and assisting in project coordination to support our CEO. This role is critical for maintaining operational flow and enabling strategic focus.

Responsibilities:
– Engage in grant research for 8EIGHT8SIX2NINE, identifying opportunities from governmental and private sectors that match our technological focus. Assess grant criteria to ensure alignment and enhance success rates. (70% of your time)

– Conduct detailed market analysis to identify potential acquisition targets specifically for Autonome Partners, utilizing industry databases and online resources to align with our strategic criteria. (20% of your time)

– Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team, ensuring all findings for Autonome Partners and 8EIGHT8SIX2NINE are strategically aligned with company objectives, without consolidating data or efforts between the two ventures.

– Oversee the CEO’s email communications, filtering and prioritizing incoming messages, and drafting responses or content as needed. Ensure critical emails are highlighted for the CEO’s direct attention. (10% of your time)

– Utilize AI tools for drafting grant proposals, working in tandem with the CEO for finalization. Manage a detailed tracking system for all grant application processes, including deadlines and milestones.

– Support various project management tasks across our portfolio of companies.

– Utilize AI tools to streamline administrative processes and improve productivity.

Ideal Qualifications:
-Strong research and analytical skills: This is a broad qualification that covers the ability to find, evaluate, and synthesize information from various sources.
-At least 1 year of experience in an executive support role.
-Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
-Proficiency in digital productivity tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.

Bonus Skills
Experience with financial data analysis
Familiarity with AI-powered writing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini by Google)
Working knowledge of relevant industry databases and online research tools

Grants Won
2% bonus on grants secured under $100,000
2% bonus on grants secured between $100,000 – $500,000
1% bonus on grants secured exceeding $500,000
