My name is William, and I am the manager of Fifth Effect Studios, a growing Shopify development agency.

# A little about us

As a leading Shopify website development agency, we specialize in creating, designing, developing, and optimizing all aspects of Shopify for customers in the high-ticket Home Decor and Clothing industries.
Our focus is primarily on front-end development, where we strive to implement new designs, improve and repair themes, and enhance all other aspects of the website that customers will see.

We are ramping up and need someone oozing with positive energy, organized, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills to work closely with me.

# We need someone to be a self-starter to own & maintain the following items:

– Setup & Manage CRM, sales cycle automation (ActiveCampaign)
– Managing emails & optimizing the setup for Front email collaboration app
– You must be able to receive preliminary instruction and successfully cultivate expertise on the job. This is a startup environment, and we need someone highly experienced to help take us to the next growth stage. There is a lot of opportunity here, and I need someone to help me grow and control it.

# Ideal Requirements

– Excellent organizational and time-management skills
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills to assist in team building and writing weekly announcements
– Effective communication skills with customers and team members
– Ability to anticipate and identify areas for improvement and present solutions
– Ability to manage and create processes for sales pipelines and customer relations
– Strong understanding of sales cycles and lead generation.
– Strong attention to detail
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
– Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently
– Familiarity with assorted SaaS tools, general technical knowledge and understanding
– Knowledge about the development and design process of eCommerce sites, specifically Shopify.
– Solo person, no outsourcing or subcontracting.
– Available during US EST working hours.

# Ongoing Responsibilities

– Managing the Sales and Accounts pipelines and related tasks, ensuring customers are nurtured
– Team building and engagement, writing weekly announcements
– Assist and manage President/CEO with various business operations tasks
– Manage Airtable data for client & employee portals
– Organize and prepare for meetings. You will learn the business at a high-level level to help me prepare notes for my client and internal meetings.
– Note-taking for meeting calls or call recordings.
– Research and data entry.
– Manage and assist in creating processes for production & sales.
– Manage all areas of our sales cycles & lead generation
